Mandatory Requirements
To ensure the highest standards for our athletes, all applicants must meet the following criteria
Valid UAE Certifications
You must hold current, UAE-recognized professional licenses and certifications relevant to your discipline.
Residency & Compliance
Applicants must be compliant with UAE labor regulations and coaching permits.
Experience
A proven track record of coaching within the UAE or international sports academy systems.

Sales & Admin
Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman
Managing registrations, customer relations, and facility operations.
Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sports Management, or Marketing is preferred).
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and English (Arabic is a major advantage for dealing with government entities like the Sports Council).
- Legal: A standard UAE Residency Visa/Work Permit. No specific "sports license" is needed for these individuals unless they are also stepping onto the field to instruct.'
Basketball
Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman
Leading internal development leagues and skill clinics.
Requirements:
- Certification: * Basketball: FIBA Level 1 or a recognized National Coach License.
- Football: AFC "C" License or UEFA "C" License (minimum for grass-roots/academies). High-level clubs require "B" or "A" licenses.
- Vetting: A Police Clearance Certificate (Good Conduct Certificate) is strictly required for anyone coaching minors.
Tennis
Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman
Organizing bi-annual tournaments and private coaching.
Requirements:
- Certification: A minimum of ITF (International Tennis Federation) Level 1 or equivalent from a recognized national federation (e.g., LTA, PTR, or USPTA).
- Experience: Most academies require at least 2–3 years of coaching experience.
- Academy Approval: If working in Dubai, the academy must register you with the Dubai Sports Council (DSC).
Swimming
Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman
Stroke correction, racing clinics, and water safety.
Requirements:
- Certification: FINA (World Aquatics) Level 1, ASA (Swim England) Level 2, or ASCA (American Swimming Coaches Association) Level 2.
- Safety: A valid Lifeguard Certification (from a Dubai Municipality-approved provider) and CPR/First Aid are mandatory.
- Health: Coaches must often undergo a medical fitness test specific to aquatic environments.
Gymnastics
Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman
Technical coaching for floor, beam, bar, and vault showcases.
Requirements:
- Certification: Level 1 or 2 Coaching Qualification from a recognized body like British Gymnastics or USA Gymnastics.
- Insurance: Specific professional indemnity insurance is often required due to the high risk of injury in this sport.
Football
Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman
Managing termly Academy Cups and league development.
Requirements:
- AFC "C" License or UEFA "C" License (minimum for grass-roots/academies). High-level clubs require "B" or "A" licenses.
- Vetting: A Police Clearance Certificate (Good Conduct Certificate) is strictly required for anyone coaching minors.
